【摘要】 本文介绍了用ABC-ELISA法检测HBsAg,较系统地研究了ABC-ELISA法实验过程中的主要影响因素。结果发现:ABC-ELISA法实验过程中的非特异性显色不仅来自抗生物素的非特异性吸附,而且还来自生物素化抗体的非特异性吸附。本文提出了消除ABC-ELISA法实验过程中非特异性显色的切实可行的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the examination of HBsAg with ABC-ELISA, The major factors affecting the performance of ABCELISA were studied more systematically. We found that non-specific stain in the performance of ABC-ELISA was caused not only by non-specific adhesion of avidin but also by non-specific adhesion of biotinylated antibody, A feasible method to reduce non-specific stain in the performance of ABC-ELISA was suggested in this paper.更多还原
