硒对心肌线粒体机能影响的研究 (Ⅰ)硒对大白鼠心肌线粒体氧化磷酸化的影响
EFFECTS OF SELENIUM ON OXIDATIVE PHOSPHORYLATION IN RAT MYOCARDIAL MITOCHONDRIA
【摘要】 本文用克山病病区粮和病区加硒粮分别饲喂大白鼠15~16周,以状态3呼吸速率、状态4呼吸速率、呼吸控制率和p/o比值等指标,对比观察硒对心肌线粒体氧化磷酸化的影响。发现硒可防止由病区粮引起的心肌线粒体氧化磷酸化的损害、ADP对细胞呼吸控制功能的紊乱以及线粒体结构完整性的损害。还证明了病区粮不引起线粒体氧化和磷酸化偶联过程的异常。并从能量代谢角度探讨了克山病的可能发病机理。
【Abstract】 After rats were fed separately with the grain from the Keshan disease area and this grain supplemented with selenium for 15-16 weeks, the effects of selenium on oxidative phosphorylation in myocardial mitochondria were observed and compared by determination of oxygen consuption in state 3 and state 4, of respiratory controlratio(RCR) and of p/o ratio. The results suggested that selenium could prevent damage to oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondia, disorder of RCR and destruction of structure due to the grain from Keshan disease area, hut the p/o ratio was not influenced.
