【摘要】 本题总结多抗甲素治疗结节性红斑30例的临床探索结果。随访观察6个月至4年,30例全部治愈,其中6例复发者再次治愈。其结果表明,多抗甲素治疗结节性红斑的效果佳良,副作用少,且具有抗炎和抗变态反应以及增强免疫功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the last 5 years,30 cases of Erythema Nodosum were treated with alph- polyantigin given by oral or intramuscular injection,2—15 mg per day.The Average therapeutic course was 30 days.After tre- atment,Erythema totally subsided,joints swelling and the lower extremities edema disappeared,arthralgia relieved totally or partially.E S R mucin and ASO were decreased clinically WBC,IgG,Serum protein eletrophoresis A and CH₅₀ increased and at least within 6 months of the therapy no recurrences were found.Following up 6 months to 4 years,7 relapsed were cured again.This Study shows that alpha- polyantigin is effective for Erythema No- dosum,side-effects was small.This also indicats its anti-inflammatory and antial- lergic reactions as well,and increasing of immune effect.更多还原
