【摘要】 聚肌胞是一种广谱抗病毒药物,对多种病毒感染具有预防和治疗作用,也是一种良好的非专一性免疫增强剂。本文总结国产聚肌胞治疗早期流行性出血热临床双盲试验结果表明聚肌胞早期使用有促使退热加快,减轻肾损的作用,越低血压及少尿期的病例数亦较多,对流行性出血热防治有实际意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ninety-two cases of EHF were conduc- ted with double-blind trial,whose antibody to EHF were positive.Fourty-seven received Pold I:C (4 mg/day X3 ) and Fourty-five received placebo.All patients were treated with symptomatic and supportive therapy. The Poly I:C group showed improvement in clinical symptoms body temperature lowered and albuminuria disappeared more rapidly.Most of the patients (96%) passed the stage of hypotension.This indicate that Poly I:C has remarkable effectiveness in the treatment of EHF.更多还原
