【摘要】 本文研究了醋酸棉酚对雄性大鼠血清中睾酮、LH 水平、激素活性及其受体的作用,取得了肯定的结果。实验在236只成龄雄鼠体进行,用棉酚灌胃,母天20～40mg/kg,分别持续8～42天。结果表明,血清中黄体生成素和睾丸酮水平不受影响;但在去势鼠,棉酚可降低血清中黄体生成素的水平;当施棉酚每天按20mg/kg,持续8天时,前列腺和精囊的重量不受影响,当增加棉酚为每天40mg/kg,持续10天时,上述性器官重量降低;棉酚不影响前列腺上雄激素受体量。实验提示前列腺和精囊湿重下降,是非特异性对抗作用所致。而雄性激素活性下降可能与性功能低下有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment was made on 236 adu- lt male rats.The rats were given Gossypol on 20-40 mg/kg/d for 8-42 days.The results showed no effect on testosterone and LH level in serum.However,it decreased LH level when rats were castrated.When Go- ssypol was given on 20 mg/kg/d for 8 days,no effect on the weight of prostate gland and vcsicula seminalis was observed. When Gossypol was increased to 40 mg/kg /d for 10 days,the weight of the organs was decreased.Gossypol showed no effect on Androgen Recept in prostate.更多还原
