大骨节病实验动物的铁代谢及其与硒的关系

【摘要】 本文报道了用放射免疫分析法(RIA)、同位素衍生物分析法及整体示踪法等核医学手段,分别测定了各组大白鼠血浆铁蛋白、血浆非饱和铁结合力(UIBc)、55+53Fe 对各有关组织的24小时参入率及24小时内的动态变化。结果表明,病区粮组的血浆铁蛋白水平显著高于非病区组(P<0.05)、血浆 UIBC 显著低于非病区组(P<0.05);病区粮组的血浆55+59Fe24小时回收率显著高于非病区(P<0.01)、软骨24小时回收率则显著降低(P<0.01),通过24小时动态观察,发现病区组动物肾、骨、软骨内55+59Fe 的代谢水平及速率均较非病区为低,而血浆则一直维持在较高水平。结果提示:病区粮因素可导致大白鼠体内铁的积聚,骨、软骨铁代谢速率降低;病区粮加硒后能显著改善这一病理变化,硒有加速铁在大白鼠体内代谢速率和经肾脏排泄的作用。

【Abstract】 Plasma ferritine (Fer),Plasma unsa- turated iron-binding capacity (UIBC) and incorporate rate of 55+59Fe in cartilage, bone and plasma in rats fed with Se-defi- cient and supplementary grains from KBD area and non-KBD grain were determined respectivety by means of radioimmunoas- say (RIA),isotope derivative analysis and isotope tracer method.In rats fed with Se-deficient KBD grain,Fer was higher.UIBC lower,and tracer incorpo- rate rate higher in plasma but lower in cartilage significantly compared with those of non-KBD grain fed rats.These results indicated that Se-defieient KBD grain may result in iron-overload in rat,while Se-supplementary grain can correct this effect.Another finding was,by observing incorporate rate of (55+59)Fe in above tissues intermittently during 24 hours in rats with different selenium levels,selen- ium may accelerate iron metabolism and excretion.
