铸造残余应力有限元分析
THE FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF RESIDUAL STRESS IN CASTING
【摘要】 本文扼要介绍铸铁件在浇注后凝固过程中瞬时温度场及残余应力场的计算原理和方法。方法的特点是:通过实验测定铸铁件边界上若干点的温度动态曲线,并将求解瞬态温度场的问题,转化为求解准稳态温度场的问题,利用ADINAT程序计算各瞬时的温度场。计算结果与实测值吻合得相当好。然后以各瞬时温度场为依据,利用ADINA程序累加计算铸件由高温冷却至室温时的残余应力场。应力水平为5kg/mm~2,并绘制了相应的应力分布图。
【Abstract】 This paper is a brief introduction of the calculating principle and method of the transient temperature fields and the residual stress fields in the casting during the process of solidification. The features of the method are as follows: By experiment the temperature variation curves of many points along the boundary of the casting are measured, The problem of solving the transient temperature fields is translated into the problem of solving the quasistable state temperature fields. With the help of the ADINAT program, the every transient temperature fields can be calculated. The calculating results are closely in correspondance with the measured data. Based upon the previous results, the ADINA program is used in accumulation to calculate the residual stress fields of casting, cooling down from high temperature to room temperature. The stress level is 5 kgf/mm~2, and the diagrams of correspondent stress distribution have been drawn.
