酸性硫脲溶液中金、银分离的研究(Ⅲ)(结晶法)
The Study of Separating Gold from Silver in Acidic Thiourea Solution(Ⅲ)Crystallization
【摘要】 经试验证明,用降温结晶法从酸性硫脲溶液分离金和银,乃是一种有效的方法。实验获得了在硫酸硫脲溶液分离金、银的较优工艺条件:pH1.5,金浓度<1000毫克/升,银含量越高越好,游离硫脲浓度3克/升,结晶温度0℃,结晶时间25分钟左右,结晶产物灼烧后金属纯度达99%以上。
【Abstract】 It has been confirmed in practice that separating of gold from silver in acidic thiourea solution by means of decreasing the temperature of solution then crystallization is a very effective method.The optimum technical conditions are obtained as follows:pH-1.5,Temp.-0℃,the content of gold-1000mg/l,the concentration of thiourea-3g/l,crystalliz- ing time around 25 minutes,the more contents of silver,the better.The crystalline obtained by directly ignitignitinging is silver powder of purity over 99%.
