压缩机自动阀结构参数的最佳化
OPTIMIZATION FOR THE PARAMETERS OF COMPRESSOR AUTO-VALVES
【摘要】 本文建立了压缩机自动阀优化设计的数学模型,它包括了10个气阀结构参数作为设计变量、19个限制气阀设计变量及其它中间参数变化的约束条件.目标函数是压缩机的能耗最低,借压缩机工作过程模拟的数值求解得到.压缩机工作过程的数学模型经试验验证,压缩机排气量与指示功的相对误差均在5%之内.用序贯加权因子法对上述优化设计模型求解,得到自动阀的最优结构参数,试验数据表明,用该最优结构参数构成的新气阀使压缩机的能耗指标在可靠性指标不比原机差的前提下有所降低.
【Abstract】 This paper develops a mathematical model for optimizing the design ofcompressor auto-valves.The model involves 10 valve construction parameters asdesign variables,and 19 constraints limiting the variations of these variablesand other medi-parameters.The minimum energy consumption by the compres-(?)or is the objective function,the solution of which can be obtained throughthe mathematical model of the compressor process.This model has been veri-fied by compressor performance tests indicating that the relative error of deli-very volume and that of indication power are both less than 5%.The opti-mum construction parameters of the compressor valves are computed throughsolving the optimization design model by the SWIFT method.Experimentaldata show that the energy consumption of the compressor under the sameacceptable reliability can thus be reduced.
