【摘要】 本文在对国情和价格系统运行机制研究的基础上,对价格改革的目标机制,价格改革的实质以及价格改革的战略进行了分析和探讨.并据此提出了价格调整最优控制模型,和证明为了保证人民生活水平,工资率的控制可用模型中的价格状态反馈器来实现;模型中还考虑了财政承受能力和价格水平.模型可用于价格改革政策的仿算和优化计算.更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a study of the economic situation and recent price system per-formance in China,the paper has analyzed and discussed the mechanism ofthe price reform objectives and strategies.An optimal price adjustment modelis proposed.It is also suggested that to ensure the people’s living standard andto control the wage rate,a price feedback controller can be used in the model.The total price level and the society’s financial sustaining power can also beconsidered in such a model.Besides,the model can be used in the simulationand optimization of the price reform policies.更多还原
