肺阻抗容量曲线与最大呼气流速容量曲线的关系

【摘要】 本文分析了肺阻抗容量曲线斜率(△Z/△V)与最大呼气流速容量曲线几个参数关系,发现△Z/△V与Vmax、V50显著相关(r=-0.72和r=-0.53,P<0.01),与V25相关不显著(r=0.32,P>0.05)。单纯矽肺及轻、重度肺气肿三组病人的△Z/△V值分析表明,随着肺气肿程度的加重,△Z/△V值随着增大。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of the expiratory flow on the pulmonary impedance volume curve (PIVC), the correlative relati-onship between the slope of PIVC (△Z/△V) and the parameters of the maximal expiratory flow volume curve was analysed. The result showed that there was a perfective correlative relationship between △Z/△V and Vmax or V50 (r= -0.72 and r=-9.53, p<0.01). The △Z/△V values were significantly different in three groups of patients, the simple sillicosis group, the mild emphysema group and the severe emphysema group. The △Z/△V values increased gradually with the severity of emphysema.
