【摘要】 本文分析了20例矽肺患者的肺抗血流图H_p/H_s、Q-B/Y-O与实测PAWP间的相关关系。结果表明:PAWP和PADP与H/H_s间均有非常显著相关(r=0.8 P<0.01); 而PAWP与Q-B/Y-O间无显著相关(r=0.35,P>5.05)。提出可用肺血流图HD/HS估测PAWP。更多还原

【Abstract】 The correlative relationship between pulmonary impedance ple-thysmograpy HD/Hs, Q - B/Y - O and PAWP is analysed in 20cases of silicosis. The results indicate that there is predominate significance (r = 0.8, P<0.01), while between PAWP and Q-B/Y-O no significance (r = 0.35, p>0.05). It is suggested that pulmonary impedance plethysmography Ho/Ms can he used for estimating of PAWP.更多还原
