布鲁氏菌变态反应原的研究 Ⅲ.无外源蛋白菌素的试制和检测
STUDIES ON ALLERGEN OF BRUCELLA Ⅲ.PREPARATION AND ASSAY OF BRUCELLIN WITHOUT OUTSIDE PROTEIN
【摘要】 用无外源蛋白的液体合成培养基制备布氏菌素,猪种和羊种布氏菌均能生长,但牛种菌不长。液体培养基中糖含量以1.0%-2.5%为好;间歇搅拌培养优于静止培养,其菌液浓度比静止培养高2-11倍;培养时间14天与25天的结果相近;猪种菌较羊种菌易于繁殖;对致敏豚鼠的皮肤试验,与现用的成品菌素相近或稍次,能引起明显的变态反应。
【Abstract】 In this paper, it was first reporded that Brucellin was successfully prepared with synthetic liquid medium without outside protein (LMFP). Preliminarily shawn that Br. suis and Br. melitensis both have been grown, but Br. abortus hasn’t. 10-25 mg/ml of glucose in it was suitable for the medium. Growth of Br. cells in stirring incubation could gain more multiplication than that in stable incubation. The concentration of the formel washigher 2-11 times than that of the latter. The preparties of Brucellin cultured for 14 days was like that for 25 days. Multiplication of Br. suis seems to be easier than that of Br. melitensis. The new Brucellin used for skin test could produce apparent allergenic reaction in sensitized quinea pigs, but it just was more slightly weak than that of commercial Brucellin.
