花生根瘤菌接种剂适宜施用方法的研究

【摘要】 <正> 根瘤菌在农业生产上的应用,由菌种、菌剂和应用方法三个环节构成。优良的菌种、优质的菌剂和适宜的施用方法三者的密切配合,是充分发挥根瘤菌一豆类植物共生固氮作用的根本保障。有了优良的菌种和优质的菌剂之后,应用方法又显得格外重要。为了探索花生根瘤菌的适宜施用方法,我们对几种施用方法进行了比较研究,现将结果报道如下。

【Abstract】 This paper reviews suitable application method on artificial inoculants of Rhizobium arachis. For the experiment design (seed treatment) , the following seven methods were used. A: Groundnut seeds and peat were mixed in suitable water, then those were sowed. B: Groundnut seeds and inoculants were mixed in suitable water, then those were sowed. C: In the first place, Groundnut seeds were sowed; then those were covered with mixture of inoculants and drying soil. D: Inoculants was diluted to suitable water, then those were poured into root zone of groundnut seedling. E: First of all, groundnut seeds were soaked in water for 12 hours; then those were mixed in inoculants, and were sowed as before. F: Groundnut seeds, inoculants and suitable calcium sulphate were mixed in thin rice gruel, then those were sowed. G: Contrast: Groundnut seeds were sowed directly. The field experimant result had shown that inoculation by means of B、C、D、E from among the seven methods, significantly promoted the growth of groundnut ani resulted in increased fruit yield; Consequently its can be used as a convention msans of artificial inoculation.
