带漆零件的磁粉探伤

【摘要】 根据法拉弟-麦克斯韦原理,分析漏磁场作用于磁粉表面的电磁力,此力决定了磁粉探伤的灵敏度。通过采用有限元数值计算方法分析漆层厚度与漏磁场分布之间的关系,得出漆层在一定厚度范围内磁粉探伤是可行的,且具有反差大、裂纹显示清晰等优点。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of Faraday-Maxwell, the electromagnetic force acting on magnetic particle by leakage flux is analysed, on which the sensitivity of magnetic testing is depended. The relationship between the paint thickness and leakage flux distribution is also analysed by means of finite element method (FEM). It comes to the conclusion that the magnetic particle inspection is feasible for the parts with paints of certain thickness. It has the advantages of high contrast and clear displaying.
