【摘要】 本文分析10例小儿变应性亚败血症。其中男7例,女3例。年龄从9个月至13岁不等。均用多种抗生素治疗无效。主要表现为发热、皮疹、关节疼痛、淋巴结或肝脾肿大;4例伴有Ⅱ级收缩期杂音。所有病例均见白细胞增多、血沉增快、血培养阴性。实验检查显示2例血浆γ、α₂球蛋白升高;4例免疫球蛋白水平异常升高,另2例循环免疫复合物阳性,可能系机体免疫功能异常所致。随访4例中3例有指关节病症。笔者认为小儿变应性亚败血症是小儿类风湿性关节炎全病程中的一个特殊阶段,更多还原

【Abstract】 Clinical course was studied in 10 cases Subsepsis allergica （SA） .The age of the patients ranged from 9 months to 13 years . All of the cases corresponded to diagnostic criteria for SA and were treated with no effect by various antibiotic drugs. The chief clinical manifestations were fever, rash. painful joints and enlargement of lymph nodes or liver. 4 Cases were found to have gradeⅡ systolic murmur. Negative blood culture,leukocytosrs and increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate were found in all the cases. Laboratory examenation showed that higher serum r,α₂ globubin level was found in two cases. Abnormal increasing in immune serum globubins was also noted in 4 cases. Our findings propose that it is result from abnormal immunity function. During follow-up, lesion of finger jonts appeared in three of four cases.Therefor,we consider it is a specific stage in juvenile rheumatoid arthritis （JRA）.更多还原
