18-冠-6铵与硫氰酸银配合物的晶体和分子结构

【摘要】 用凝胶法生长出规则八面体形无色配合物单晶体,在ENRAF-NONLUSCAD4四园衍射仪上,用2461个独立可观察衍射数据,用Patterson函数法和多次△F合成,得到配合物的全部结构参数。结构偏差因子R=0.072,Rw=0.081晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n。晶胞参数:a=9.032(2),b=14.243(4),C=35.092(6),β=105.5°,Z=4。晶体密度的计算值:Deal=1.546g/cm3。经元素分析和X射线结构分析,确定晶体的化学式为[(NH4)(18C6)]2[Ag2<SCN)4]。在配合物分子中, 18-冠-6与铵离子配位成配阳离子,银与硫氰酸根结合成配阴离子,二者以静电力及N-H…N氧键力结合形成配合物分子。而中心原子银通过硫成桥和硫氰酸根上硫、氮杂配,使整个分子成一条高分子长键。

【Abstract】 This paper reports on the coordination compound grown in a gel by reaction of 18-crown-6 with silver nitrate and ammonium thiocyanate. On a ENRAF-NONIUS CAD4 four circle diffractometer, 2461 visible intensity data were obtained. The structure of the crystal was solved by Patterson method and Fourier synthesis, and then it was refined by the full-matrix least square method to final discrepancy factors R= 0.072 and Rw = 0.081. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system and the space group is P21/n with cell parameters. a= 9.032 (2)A, b = 14.243 (4) A , c = 35.092(6) A, β=105.5°, Z=4. The calculated density of crystal is Dcal. = 1.546g/cm3. The chemical formula of the crystal is [(NH4) (18C6)]2 [Ag2(SCN)4]. Its composition was determined by elemental analysis and X-ray structure analysis.The result of crystal structure analysis shows that in the crystal complex 18-crown-6 coordinates with ammonium and silver( I ) coordinates with thiocyanates. The [(NH4) (18C6)]2+ ion and [Ag2(SCN)4]2 - ion are combined with electronic force and N-H-N hydrogen bond force. 1 he center atom silver forms a high polymer chain by sulfur bridge and sulfur -nitrogen mixing coordination.
