钛酸盐玻璃形成的动力学研究
Kinetics Study on Titanate Glass Formation
【摘要】 根据玻璃形成的动力学理论,分析了高 TiO2含量的钛酸盐玻璃的形成情况。用玻璃的粘度、差热分析等实验数据,计算了不同 TiO2含量玻璃的 Hruby 值(K?)、成核速率(Iv)、晶化活化能(Ec)和临界冷却速率(R?)。结果表明,随玻璃组份中 TiO2含量的增加、B2O3量的减少,玻璃的临界冷却速率值增大,玻璃形成趋于困难。含50mol% TiO2玻璃的 Rc 值约为103K/s。
【Abstract】 Based on the kinetics theory of glass formation,the glass-forming tendency oftitanate glasses with high TiO2 contents was analyzed.From the experimental dataof viscosity and differential thermal analyses,the Hruby’s value (K?),the nuclea-tion rate (Iv),the activition energy of crystallization (Ec) and the critical coolingrate (Rc) were calculated.The results show that,as TiO2 content increases and B2O3content decreases in the glasses,the critical cooling rate of the glasses increases,and the glass formation becomes more difficult.The Rc value of the glass containing50 mol% TiO2 is about 103 K/s.
