【Abstract】 Microsturucture and properties of BaTiO₃-based PTC ceramics doped with Si₃N₄were studied.After sintering a lot of bar-like crystals were observed in the test spe-cimens.Silicon was concentrated in the bar-like crystals.In comparison with theSiO₂-doped ceramics,the Si₃N₄ doped PTC ceramics showed much more advantages.更多还原
