【Abstract】 For suiting the needs of the reform and further development of health service, for improving the management of health service and for strengthening the propaganda and education in health economics, it is necessary to offer the course of health economics in medical colleges. This necessity is related also to the following factors: health service itself belongs to service trades in the tertiary industry and has an economy character; the economic management of health service demands prompt improvement; changes in medical pattern have to be followed by corresponding readjusment of knowledge structure in medical education; the economic reforms of health service want the participation of highranking managerial personnel and theoretical researchers.更多还原
