【Abstract】 In this paper,investigations of the stability in sintering and thin film Cu2S/CdS solar cells were made world wide.The reasons of degradation,such as: the procedure of the fabrication of the cells,the hole of the CdS layer,a variety- of Cu2S phase,the-diffusion of Cu into CdS adjacent to the interface and effect of oxygen and water vapour et al.and the results of the stability of the cells were summarized.Some methods of improving stability and some better results of the stability were reported.Based on the obtained experimental results,some idea on the stability of Cu2S/CdS solar cells was raised.Their prospect was evaluated as well.更多还原
