Cu2S/CdS太阳电池稳定性的研究概况

【摘要】 本文综述了烧结型和薄膜型Cu2S/CdS太阳电池稳定性的研究概况,报道了这些电池引起衰降的原因,讨论了提高稳定性的一些措施,并对其前景进行了一些推测。

【Abstract】 In this paper,investigations of the stability in sintering and thin film Cu2S/CdS solar cells were made world wide.The reasons of degradation,such as: the procedure of the fabrication of the cells,the hole of the CdS layer,a variety- of Cu2S phase,the-diffusion of Cu into CdS adjacent to the interface and effect of oxygen and water vapour et al.and the results of the stability of the cells were summarized.Some methods of improving stability and some better results of the stability were reported.Based on the obtained experimental results,some idea on the stability of Cu2S/CdS solar cells was raised.Their prospect was evaluated as well.
