关于太阳能干燥器热效率的几个问题

【摘要】 本文对“干燥器热效率”的定义方法进行了讨论,指出了现用定义的不足。为了使不同的干燥器在不同的气候条件下干燥不同物料时的效率值具有可比性,作者初步引入两个限制条件:第一,被干燥物料的初始含水量应根据环境条件决定。第二,把效率与干燥器的最低工作温度T′_t和环境温度T_α之差(T′_t-T_α)相联系。

【Abstract】 The imperfection oi the definition of solar dryer efficiency,which appears in current publications,has been discussed.A number of factors are involved when one wants to define the efficiency which can reasonably evaluate the effectiveness of different solar dryers operating under different weather conditions for various materials.In foct,it is difficult to consider all of those factors quantitatively.The authors suggest,1.in the calculation of dryer efficiency,the initial moisture content of the material to be dried should be determined according to the moisture content and temperature of ambient air.2.the dryer efficiency should be given along with (Ti- Ta),where Ta is the ambient temperature,and Ti the minimum working temperature of dryer for the concerned product.
