电沉积n-CdSe光电极在铁氰化物电解液中稳定性的研究
A STUDY ON THE STABILITY OF THE ELECTRODEPOSITED n-CdSe PHOTOETECTRODES IN THE FERRI-FERROCYANIDE ELECTROLYTE
【摘要】 运用旋转环-盘电极研究了电沉积n-CdSe光电极在铁氰化物电解液中的稳定性,考查了液相传质、电解液中添加NaCl、电极电位及光强等因素的影响。表明入射光强是影响稳定性的关键,电极在光照过程中会形成加快电极与电解液之间电荷传递速度的催化表面。
【Abstract】 In this paper the stability of the electrodeposited n-CdSe photoelectrodes in the Ferri-Ferrocyanide electrolyte was studied by the use of Ring-Disk electrode technique.Some factors,including,transfer of mass and the addition of NaCl in electrolyte,electrode potential,light intensity and so on,have been examined.It is pointed out that the light intensity is a key factor of effecting the stability,and shown that the catalytic surface,which acceterates the transfer rale of charge from the electrode to the electrolyle,is formed during illuminalion.
