射流-抽吸式空气集热器的研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON THE JET-SUCTION SOLAR AIR COLLECTOR
【摘要】 本文报道了一种新颖的射流-抽吸式空气集热器。该集热器利用壁面射流作用,可增强内部传热。通过可视化实验研究,显示了集热器内部的流动,证实了射流-抽吸结构的可行性。与其它类型空气集热器进行比较,这种集热器热效率较高,特别在进口温度T_t和环境温度T_a相差不大时,效果尤为突出。
【Abstract】 In this paper,based on the investigation of the defects in thermal performance of the existing air collectors,it is pointed out that the poor heat transfer occurs in the non-porous air,collectors,while the potential of non uniform flow exists in the porous air collector absorbers.In order to further improve the thermal performance a new concept of air collector with jet-suction machanism is proposed.Through visualized experiments the flow pattern of such an air collector was given and it ts no doubt that its heat transfer effects must be enhanced.The experimental results of side-by-side comparison between a matrix and a jet-suction air collector was carried out.It is shown that thermal efficiency pf a jet-suction collector is 70% higher than that of matrix collector
