全玻璃真空集热管内自然对流换热与流动的可视化实验研究

【摘要】 本文报道了应用透明半导体电热膜加热技术,实现了横置的全玻璃真空集热管管内流体流动的可视化试验,对管内流体自然对流的流动模式进行了讨论,并研究了集管内的流动对加热管内流体流动及换热的影响。

【Abstract】 A transluctant electric heating film deposited on the outer surface of a glass tube and dye injection were used as a visual technique to experimentally study the flow pattern inside the horizontally disposed all glass evacuated solar collector.The photos taken during the experiment clearly show the processes of the natural convection taken place in such a single ended partial enclosure.The effects of flow velocity in manifolds on the flow pattern and heat transfer behavior are also studied.
