整体相变热水器的设计与试验
THE DESIGN AND TEST OF A INTERGRAL SOLAR WATER HEATER WITH PHASE CHANGE HEAT TRANSFER MEDIA
【摘要】 本文对相变热水器进行了热性能优化分析,并提出了设计方案。换热器设计、工质和充装量的选择是影响系统性能的关键因素。在北京地区供暖期内,该热水器防冻可靠,平均日效率在35%以上,明显优于其它类型热水器,成为一种技术经济性能良好的全年用家庭热水装置。
【Abstract】 In this paper,based on the heat transfer analysis,the optimum thermal design ofa phase change media-double loop solar water heater is given.Through experimentalresearch,it is indicated that its heat exchanger design,properties of phase change heat transfer media and its filling quantity are the key factors which effect the system thermal performance.The long term performance tested during the winter time in Beijing shows that such a novel design of domestic solar water heater has good frozen protection character and higher thermal performamce.
