一个实用混合式太阳能干燥装置
A PRACTICAL HYBRIC SOLAR DRYER
【摘要】 本文介绍了目前我国规模最大的一座集热器型太阳能干燥装置,集热器面积达250米~2,采用太阳能与燃煤相结合的供热系统,能全天候运行,用于腐竹和蜜饯等干燥作业,生产能力为1—1.5吨/日。本文还讨论了提高空气集热器效率和降低造价的途径,并采用横向流(东—西向布置)空气集热器阵列,获得了令人满意的效果。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the largest collector type solar dryer in China presently,with 250 square metres of collector area.The installation described here possesses a combined power system of solar energy and heat from the combustion of coal.Thus,it can work day and night for the drying of bean milk cream and preserved fruit.The production capacity of the device is 1 to 1.5 tons a day.The paper describes in detail the way of getting higher heat efficiency with lower cost of a solar collector.Furthermore,the effectiviness of the absorber is greatly exploited by adopting the solar air collector array in east-west orientation with cross air folw.The result is absolutely satisfying.
