铁牛-55型拖拉机驾驶座椅减振性能的改进设计
Improvement of Seat Suspension for TN-55 Tractor
【摘要】 为了改善拖拉机的乘坐舒适性,本文讨论了拖拉机的简化模型和三个无源隔振座椅模型,用人体承受的总的加权加速度均方根值作为目标函数进行优化计算。并制成分段线性和动态耦合两种座椅样机,同铁牛-55型拖拉机原座椅一起进行道路对比试验,结果表明,两种新设计座椅的乘坐舒适性都得到了明显的改进效果,而且造价增加不多。从而表明,无源隔振座椅仍有其新的发展途径。
【Abstract】 Tractor models and passive seat suspensions are discussed inorder to improve tbe tractor ride comfort. A segment linear and a kinematic co-upled (spring-damper in series)seat suspension models of TN-55 tractor are optl-mized with a objective function of overall weighted root mean-square acceleration.Two seat suspensions are constructed to verify their effectiveness.The experl-ments show that the two new types of seat suspensions bave improved in ride com-fort, and have a little cost increase It indicates a new way to develop the passiveseat suspensions.
