【摘要】 我院在1985年1年106例双胎妊娠中,第一婴儿自然分娩率(35.8%)第二婴儿(22.6%)。阴道分娩中第二婴儿手术率高于第一婴儿。行剖腹产术45例,剖腹产率(42.5%)。影响分娩方式的因素有2种,其一胎儿体重与分娩方式的关系,婴儿体重越大剖腹产率越高,体重越低阴道分娩率越高。其二胎位与分娩方式的关系,其中双头位及一头一臀位阴道分娩率高(42.4%)一臀一头及双臀位阴道分娩次之(12.3%),各种胎位阴道分娩者婴儿体重均小。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 1985,106 cases of twinning pregnancies were encountered in this hospital.The first baby natural delivery rate was 35.8%,while the second baby vaginal deli-very rate was 22.6%,but the operation rate for the delivery of the second baby wassomewhat higher than that for the delivery of the first baby.Forty-five cases hadcesarean birth,the rate was 42.5%Two factors influencing the mode of birth were found:1.the weight of the baby. The higher the weight the higher the rate of ceserean birth;the lower the weight,the higher the rate of vaginal birth.2.the presentation of the twins.As to vaginaldelivery,the rate for two heads and for one head and one breech was 42.4%,thatfor one breech and one head and for two breeches was 12.3%.All babies delivered from vagina in any presentation were in low body weight.更多还原
