维生素E在实验性动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用

【摘要】 将20只以胆固醇喂养的新西兰纯种白兔分为两组,一组为口服维生素 E 组;另一组为对照组,不给维生素 E。实验发现;维生素 E 无明显降低血胆固醇作用,但可升高血高密度脂蛋白胆固醇并使胆固醇/HDC-c 比值下降。另方面,维生素 E 可降低脂质过氧化物和 TXB2并升高6-酮 PGF1a而使6-酮PGF/TXB2比值升高,因而对动脉粥样硬化有减缓作用。在主动脉病理形态学检查两组差别不显著,可能因动物种属特性病变较轻之故。

【Abstract】 Twenty New Zealand cholesterol-fed white rabbits were divided into 2 groups:group of vitamin E and contrast group.Each group contained 10 rabbits.In the vitamin E group plasma cholesterol was not decreased,the plasma highdensity lipo-protein-cholesterol was increased and the ratio of C/HDC-c were decrea-sed.There were an increase of plasma 6-keto-PGF and a decrease of plasma TXB2and lipid-peroxides in the rabbits of group vitamin E.The ratio of 6-keto-PGF/TXB2 was increased.No marked differences of atheromatous lesions of the aorta in light and electronmicroscopic appearances between these two groups were found.
