【摘要】 本文对33例慢性肾衰（CRF）未经透析治疗患者血清 T₃,T₄浓度进行了测定,其值均较正常组低（P<0.01）。仅 T₃一项低于正常值者占24.2%,仅 T₄一项低者占15.2%,T₃、T₄均低者占42.4%,T₃、T₄均正常者占18.2%。CRF 患者均有不同程度的低甲状腺功能临床表现,而认为 CRF 患者可能存在临床甲状腺功能低下。文中结合文献,对其机理进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum thyroid hormone concentrations have been measured in 33 non-dialysispatients with chronic renal failure（CRF）,including chronic glomerulonephritis in24,arteriolar nephrosclerosis in 7,and chronic pyelonephritits in 2.Mean T₄ and T₃in the CRF group were lower than those in the normal group（P<0.01）.Among themmerely T₃ low levels alone were 24.2%,merely low T₄ levels were 15.2%,both T₃and T₄ low levels were 42.4% and normal levels of both T₃ and T₄ were 18.2%.Inaddition some clinical features in patients with CRF were associated with the lowserum thyroid hormone.It was indicated that hypothyroidism might coexist withsome patients with CRF.更多还原
