【摘要】 本文分析了52例低血钾软病的临床特点,结合文献对本病的发病机制、诊断和治疗进行了讨论,认为本病是由于食用粗制生棉油中的棉酚中毒,导致肾小管酸中毒,经肾失钾所致。临床以四肢对称性无力及弛缓性瘫痪为突出表现,严重病例可出现呼吸麻痹、心脏骤停而致死。其有效防治措施是补钾,停止生产、销售和食用生棉油。更多还原

【Abstract】 52 cases of hypokalemic flabbiness disease were analysed, the pathoge-nesis, diagnosis and treatment of this disease were discussed with reference to articles in the literature. It was found that this disease was caused by taking in gossypol in the rough cotton oil, which can cause renal tubular acidosis and marked loss of kalemia. The characteristic manifestations of this disease are symmetric flabbiness and relaxed paralysis of the four limbs. Serious cases can result in death due to flabbiness of breath and abrupt stop of heartbeat. The effective treatment of hypokalemic flabbiness disease consists in supplying kalium and in stopping the production, sale and use of the rough cotton oil.更多还原
