【Abstract】 In 1985, we conducted experiments of thrombus formation and reca-nalization with Nd:YAC laser in 100 vessels from animal and human cadavers, and got some preliminary parameters. Then the thrombus formation were performed in 53 fermal arterial vessels of 21 dogs. The complete occlusion is 58%, partial occlusion is 22.6%, and non-occlusion is 19.4%. Subsequently, the Zaser angioplasty was completed with recanalization rate of 85 %. The experimental re sults show that the laser energy in the range of 6 joules is appropriate and the hot-tip fiber is much better than the bare fiber for the laset angioplasty.更多还原
