激光疏通血管的实验研究

【摘要】 作者自1985年以来进行了153条血管激光疏通实验.最初用不同能量的激光照射100条离体血管,摸索实验方法和参数。此后对活体动物53条血管进行血栓形成实验,成栓率80.6%。接着对其中完全栓塞的20条血管作激光疏通实验,疏通率达85%。

【Abstract】 In 1985, we conducted experiments of thrombus formation and reca-nalization with Nd:YAC laser in 100 vessels from animal and human cadavers, and got some preliminary parameters. Then the thrombus formation were performed in 53 fermal arterial vessels of 21 dogs. The complete occlusion is 58%, partial occlusion is 22.6%, and non-occlusion is 19.4%. Subsequently, the Zaser angioplasty was completed with recanalization rate of 85 %. The experimental re sults show that the laser energy in the range of 6 joules is appropriate and the hot-tip fiber is much better than the bare fiber for the laset angioplasty.
