GABA对大鼠大脑皮层神经元促甲状腺素释放激素反应的影响

【摘要】 实验在38只大鼠上进行,由大脑皮层体感区记录神经元自发活动或直接刺激皮层的诱发反应。局部滴加10-3~10-2MTRH出现放电抑制,而静脉注射0.1%TRH的反应为先兴奋(放电频率增加)后抑制(放电频率减少)。当皮层局部用1~2%GABA予作用后,无论局部滴加或静脉注射TRH则皮层放电均转变为兴奋反应。本文结果对行为药理实验中所观察到的GABA翻转TRH效应的现象,提供了有关的电生理依据。

【Abstract】 The spontaneous activity and evoked response induced by direct cortical stimulation were recorded from neurones of somatic sensory cortex on 38 rats. Inhibition of cortical discharge occured after topical application of 10-3-10-2 M TRH. The application of 0.1% TRH i. v. resulted in an excitatory response (elevating in discharges) first, then followed by an inhibitory response (reducing in discharges). The cortical response induced by application of TRH both topical and intravenous would be converted into excitatory response when topical pre-treatment with 1-2 % GABA. The results presented in our paper offered an elec trophysiological evidence for illuminating the observation in behavious pharmacology that central effects produced by TRH might be inverted by GABA.
