【摘要】 作者以~3H-TdR掺入淋巴细胞转化法为观察指标,研究了正常人和Graves病(GD)患者外周血淋巴细胞对不同致有丝分裂原的反应性,并使用非特异性酯酶染色法对GD患者外周血T淋巴细胞(Tc)进行了检测。结果表明:正常人、GD患者Tc对PHA的反应性显著大于ConA;GD患者对PHA、ConA的反应性与正常人无明显差异;GD患者外周血Tc数目也未见有异常;GD患者初发组B淋巴细胞(Bc)对SPA菌体的反应能力明显高于正常对照组,且与GD临庆转归具有一定规律性。本研究提示:Graves病患者外周血Bc功能存在免疫学异常,而Tc从功能、数量上均未见有明显异常改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lymphocytes responsibility to different mitogens in cultures of peripheral whole blood of the normal subjects and patients with Graves’ disease (GD) has been studied. No significance can be demonstrated in incorporation of 3H-TdR between controls and untreated patients with GD after stimulation with polyclonal T lymphocyte (Tc) activators (PHA, ConA), the ability of PHA activating Tc is stronger than ConA in controls and patients with GD. Neither patients with GD different from the normal subjects in regard to Tc count using anaphthyl acetate esterase method. But,the responsibility to SPA Cowan I in Be of patients with GD was significantly increased and well correlated with the courses of GD. This study suggested: lack of obvious Tc immunological abnormalities in peripheral blood lymphocytes in patients with GD, but Be immunological function abnormalities exist in GD.更多还原
