马拉硫磷对小鼠免疫功能的影响及与胆碱酯酶活性的关系

【摘要】 将小鼠随机分成四组,分别给予马拉硫磷0、22.19,119.07和238.14mg/kg,连续灌胃20天。观察结果:马拉硫磷119.07和238.14mg/kg组小鼠,初次免疫反应血清溶血素水平高于对照组(P<0.05),再次免疫反应低于对照组(p<0.01);外周血淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶活性,给药组明显受到抑制(P<0.01),免疫系统的改变伴随着全血胆碱酯酶活性抑制。提示免疫系统的改变可能与马拉硫磷对胆碱酯酶的抑制有关。本实验未发现马拉硫磷引起小鼠脾细胞体外转化功能和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的改变。

【Abstract】 100 hybrid male mice were random divided into 4 groups. Each group was administered with a given oral dose of Malathion for 20 days. Malathion at 119.07, 238.14mg/Kgbw increased the primary response to sheep erythrocytes (sRBC) indicated by hemolysin titer in mice, and suppressed the second response to sRBC. Malathion also inhibited acid a-naphthyl acetase activity in peripheral blood lymphocytes in mice. These effects concured with the inhibition of choli-nesterases in the whole blood. It was suggested that the immune change might be mediated indirectly by Malathion as a chemical stressor. The relationship between the anticholinesterase action of Malathion and its effects on the humoral response to sRBC and on a-naphthyl acetate esterase in lymphocytes was discussed. The present study did not demonstrate that Malathion changes murine spleen cells transformation stimulated by ConA in vitro and phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophage.
