【摘要】 977例急性腹泻患儿中致病性大肠杆菌检出率为3.68%,其血清分型以 O₁₂₆B₁₆和 O₁₁₁B₄为主,发病季节多见于夏秋季,2步以下发病率最高占80.6%,临床症状以轻度至中度腹泻为主,无明显全身症状,症状的表现与血清型无明显关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-six strains（3.68%）of enteropathogenic E.Coli（EPEC）were identified from 977 acute diarrhoeal children from July 1984 to June 1985. Most of the serotypes were O₁₂₆ B₁₆ and O₁₁₁ B₄.Infants under 2 years of age were the risk group,and the Cl- inical manifestation was mild or mo- derate diarrhoea.更多还原
