【摘要】 75名病人,(男68,女7;年龄12～62岁)接受颅骨修补术,其中外伤性69人,病理性6人。手术方法:在颅骨缺损区外缘1cm处切皮;不修补硬膜;修补后将颞肌复盖于有机玻璃之上;术后常规放置引流条。70例以多孔有机玻璃,5例以腹壁皮下埋藏的骨瓣修补。前者15例手术后出现积液,经治疗一周内消失;后者无一例积液。术后2例因外伤和高血压发生硬膜外血肿,作者就其机理和预防作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prosthesis of skull were carried out in 75 patients (including 68 men and 7 women of 12-62 years old) in which 69 patients were traumatic and 6 patients were pathological in nature.The operative procedure: skin incisions were made 1cm away from the outer margin of the skull defect. The dura mater was left there. In 70 cases, porous plexiglas covered with musculus temperalis were used for repair and rubber slip dranages were put as routine postoperatively, and in the other 5 cases, the bony flaps smushed under the abdominal subcutaneus tissue were applied.In the former cases, 15 out of 70 showed hydrops postoperatively and subsided within 1 week after treatment, Nothing happen in all the 5 cases by bony falps. Postoperative epidural hematoma happen in two cases due to tramatic managem- cnt during operation and hypertenssion. Its pathogenesis and prophylaxtasis were discussedas as well.更多还原
