【Abstract】 Token ring is an access method extensively used in LAN(Local Area Network). In order to improve the delay properties and maintain high dependability for duplex token ring, this paper proposes a double access method to forecast the minimum time delay, and an approximate formula is presented by the authors to calculate the average delay of message.Comparison of this new method with the existing ones shows it can yield excellent result in forecasting minimum delay.更多还原
