关于轮轨粘着系数的合理选用问题

【摘要】 作者探讨了轮轨粘着的基本原理及其影响因素,并提出了粘着系数对轮轨磨损特性影响的试验结果。粘着系数不是轮轨材料的固有特性,而是轮轨系统的特性,它与轮轨系统结构和工作变量密切相关。为了达到预期的粘着系数,必须消除降低粘着系数的影响因素。试验结果表明:选用高粘着系数,会大大增加轮轨系统的磨损和费用。因此,选用粘着系数,不宜片面地追求高粘着系数。在干燥轨面状态下,选取常用粘着系数以不大于0.27为宜。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the fundamentals of railway wheel-rail adhesion and factors influencing the adhesion coefficient are discussed, along with the presentation of the wheel-rail simulation wear test results. Analysis reveals that the adhesion coefficients indicate the wheel-rail system-dependent interaction characteristics rather than the intrinsic properties of the wheel-rail materials. They are closely related to the structure of the wheel-rail system and operating variables. In order to obtain the desired adhesion coefficient, the influencing factors that decrease the coefficient should be eliminated. However, as shown by test results and operating experience, using high adhesion coefficient will greatly increase the wear of wheel-rail system and cost. Therefore it is not generally recommended. An adhesion coefficient of less than 0.27 would be appropriate under dry rail surface condition.
