【摘要】 本文就四环素引起输卵管、输精管闭塞绝育作用进行了进一步研究。每侧输卵管或输精管内注入四环素10mg或20mg可以使输卵管和输精管闭塞而使大鼠失去生育能力。四环素可引起输精管上皮细胞坏死增生而闭塞管腔,达到绝育效果。注射3个月后部分动物的输精管上皮细胞在变性坏死的基础上,出现再生致使管腔再通。本工作还与土霉素、金霉素作了比较,土霉素、金霉素对大鼠输精管也具四环素类似作用,但作用力较弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study indicates that intra-fallopian tube or intra-spermatic duct instillation of tetracycline at a dose of 10 or 20mg/tube could produce the occlusion of fallopian tubes or spermatic ducts in 20 rats which became sterile thereafter.Instillation of a single dose of tetracycline, 20mg, into spermatic duct could produce morphological changes in most of the rats. The changes were as follows: inflammation of the epithelium of spermatic duct;an area of central necrosis subsequent to autolysis which was then invaded by the inflammatory infiltrate, and finally the epithelium proliferated to occlude the lumen of the duct.3 months after the intraspermatic duct instillation of tetracycline at a dose of 40mg/duct,the spermatic ducts were still occlused in 10 out of 16 rats. But in other 6 rats, the central or luminal portion of the necrotic area "drops out", presumably because of liquefaction.The cavity was reepithelialized and the lumen of spermatic duct reformed.Terramycin and aureomycin possessed the similar occlusive effect but not as strong as tetracycline.更多还原
