【摘要】 本文报道10例输精管注射粘堵绝育术后发生再孕或疼痛者的输精管组织学研究结果。其中3例的输精管粘膜上皮完好,腔内无炎性反应或纤维组织增生。其余7例的粘膜上皮呈不同缺损,腔内常有不等的纤维母细胞,纤维细胞增生,但无一例发生完全纤维化闭锁管腔。10例中有8例输精管壁出现灶性坏死或异物肉茅肿。文中分析了发生上述改变的原因,讨论了应如何提高手术质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Occlusive sterilization was done by injection of occlusive drug into vas deferens.The mucosal epithelium of vas deferens in three cases was intact. No alteration in the duct. Pathological section of the obstructed segment of seven cases revealed that the epithelium had disappered, ranging from mild to severe degrees; in the lumen there were proliferation of fibroblasts and fibrocytes but none of the duct was completely obstructed by fibrosis. On the wall of vas deferens of eight cases there was developed focal necrosis or formation of foreign granuloma.更多还原
