分光光度法间接测定扑尔敏、盐酸苯海拉明和咳必清

【摘要】 本文制定了扑尔敏、盐酸苯海拉明和咳必清的铜-锌-药物三元络合物的氯仿提取液的分光光度测定法,测定波长615nm,药物浓度在10-50μg/ml范围内呈线性。扑尔敏平均百分回收率100.3%,标准误差0.01。进一步采用连续变化方法确定络合物组成比为1:1:1,同时用薄层层析法加以鉴别。酸性和中性共存药物以及常用赋形剂对本法无干扰,故可用于上述药物在制剂中的测定。

【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric method was developed for assaying the extracts of chlorpheniramine maleate, diphenhydramine hydrochloride and the Cu-Zn-drug ternary complex of carbetapentane citrate by chloroform. The extracts were shown, by this method, to be linear over the drug concentration ranging from 10-50 g/ml, at 615nm. The average recovery of chlorpheniramine maleate was 100.3% (±1%). The ratio of composition of the ternary complex (1:1:1) was established by continuous variation method and its identity ascertained by TLC. The method could be used in the assay of the above mentioned drugs in their preparations because no interference occurred due to the presence of the coexisting drugs, acidic or neutral, and common excipients.
