L-异亮氨酸发酵的研究——1.L-异亮氨酸产生菌的菌种选育
STUDIES ON L-ISOLEUCINE FERMENTATION 1. Screening for L-isoleucine Producer
【摘要】 以黄色短杆菌(Brevibacterium flavum)T6-13为出发菌株,经亚硝基胍(NTG)和紫外线诱变处理以及结构类似物的筛选后,得到一株抗AHV、AEC和Eth三重遗传标记突变株AS110。有关末端产物对其生长的抑制作用都有一定程度解除。可以积累L-异亮氨酸7.0mg/ml。
【Abstract】 A mutant AS110 was stepwisely derived from Brevibacterium flavum T6-13 by treating it with NTG (N-methyl-N’-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine) and UV (ultraviolet ray)and it was a triple-resistant mutant to AITV(α-amino-β-hydroxy valeric acid), AEC(S-(-2-amino-ethyl-)-cysteine) and Eth(ethionine). The growth in hibitions due to the related terminal amino acids were reduced. The mutant produced 7.0 mg/ml of L-isoleucine.
