实验性皮肤挫伤的组织化学观察
Histochemical Observation on Enzyme in Expermental Skin Contusion
【摘要】 我们对120只小白鼠实验性皮肤挫伤后分别于2分钟到4小时分不同组处死,观察其脂酶(ANAE)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的活性变化。发现挫伤2分钟内受伤局部真皮胶元纤维中有ANAE酶活性增高,但此酶在死后挫伤的小白鼠也出现阳性,因此它不能区别生前与死后挫伤,但作为挫伤的标志可在死后较长期存在。ATP酶受伤后1小时升高,ACP酶约2小时后、AKP酶约4小时后升高。这些酶活性升高可能是与挫伤组织细胞释放水解酶和白细胞活动有关。并用PTAH染色技术证实生前创伤出血灶中大多数有纤维蛋白网存在。
【Abstract】 After making 120 albino mice of both sexes skin contused and then killing them from 2 minutes to 4 hours in batches, we observed the activity changes of ANAE, ATP-ase, ACP and AKP.AN increased ANAE activity was found as early as 2 minutes after contusions in fibrous connective of derma. But it was also visible in the mice which had been contused after death. Therefore, the increase in ANAE may not be a proper way to disinguish the ante-mortem bruising from that of the post-mortem. The activity of ATP-ase, ACP and AKP increased respectively one hour, two hours and four hours after injury. By using the PTAH stain technique, the existence of fibrin network could be observed in most cases of the ante-mortem tissue haemorrhages.
