一种新型油井水泥缓凝剂

【摘要】 本文推出多羟基有机磷酸(简称HEDP)作为一种新型的油井水泥缓凝剂,以取代辽河油田目前使用的缓凝剂木质素铁铬盐(简写FCLS);对分别掺加HEDP和FCLS的水泥浆在稠化时间、凝结时间、流变性、强度和析水量等方面进行了室内的对比实验得出HEDP最佳掺加量为水泥重量的0.04%;在固油、气井的工程技术中应用,获得良好效果;本文还对HEDP对水泥浆的缓凝机理进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the 1—hydroxyethylidene—1, 1—diphosphoric acid (abbreviated as HEDP) is recommended as a new highly efficient retarding agent for oilwell cement. It maybe used to replpce ferrochrome lignin salts, aretarding agent(abbreviated as FCLS) commonly used in Liaohe Oil Field. Experments have been carried out indoors to determine the consistence time, setting time, theological properties, strength and water separetion quantity of the cement slurry in two cases, one by adding HEDP and the other by adding FCLS. The ideal quantity of HEDP added in is 0.04%. This practice has been proved a success in technical, engineering involved in fixing oil or gas wells. In addition, a superficial exploration is also made abont the retarding mechanism of the cement, slurry prepared by adding HEDP.
