【Abstract】 On a basis of investigations and studies, an improved design for the shaft sealing structure and the integral structure of Model 150 Slurry Pump is worked out in this article. The author suggests that auxiliary-impeller dynamic sealing or carbon-fiber graphite sealing be substituted for the original shaft sealing, that some proper adjustments be made on the front and rear guardboards and that the supporting pedestal and the bearing Supports be combined into a three-in-one unit.
