金属阶梯环和金属环矩鞍填料液相传质性能研究
A Study on Performance of Liquid Phase Mass Transfer for Cascade Mini-ring and Intalox Metal Tower Packing
【摘要】 在内径140mm塔内,填料层高度分别为300mm、450mm和600mm,液体喷淋点密度为585点/m塔截面的条件下,测定了公称尺寸φ25mm不锈钢阶梯环、Norton公司型不锈钢环矩鞍及天津大学型铝环矩鞍的液相表观传质性能。同时,为了便于比较,还测定了同一尺寸的瓷矩鞍和瓷拉西环的液相表观传质性能。从液相表观传质单元数中扣除端效应值,获得了试验填料液相真实的传质单元高度HL,25·C和体积传质系数kLα值。提出了计算试验填料液相真实传质单元高度的关联式:HL,25·C=ALn4。
【Abstract】 Desorption of dissolved O2 from water with N2 through 140mm i. d. column packed respectively with φ25mm metal Cascade Mini-Ring, Intalox metal tower packing, ceramic Intalox saddle, ceramic Rasching ring were carried out to determine the performance of apparent liquid phase mass transfer and the effects of packing depths of 300mm, 450mm and 600mm with various. gas/liquid flow rates. In order to keep uniform liquid distribution, the distribution point density for this experiment was taken to be 585 points/m2.By deducting the "end effect" from NTUs of the apparent liquid phase mass transfer, the values of HL,25·C or K’La for the true liquid phase mass transfer can be obtained. Some correlation in the form of HL,25·C=ALn can thereby be obtained for various kinds of experimental packings.
