新垂直筛板塔在真空状态下的流体力学性能和塔板效率
A Study of Hydrodynamic Behaviour and Column Efficiency of the New Vertical Sieve Tray
【摘要】 在φ100mm的塔上用空气-水系统研究了真空状态下新垂直筛板塔的流体力学性能,分别测定了气、液流量、气体重度、堰高等对该塔流体力学性能的影响,并获得了相应的经验关联式。在此基础上,又用乙醇-水系统在常压下测定了该塔的塔板效率并与筛板塔进行了对比。
【Abstract】 The hydrodynamic behaviour of new VST was studied under vacuum with air-water system. The influences of operating conditions and geometrical parameters upon hydrodynamic behaviour were examined. The experimental results were discussed from the point of view of hydrodynamical analysis, and empiri cal correlations were presented as follows: for pressure drop, for lower limit of allowable air velocity, W0M=1.68[(0.0082+0.2hc)γL/γG]1/2. Column efficiency of new VST was then studied with ethanol-water system and was compared with that of sieve tray.
