耐高温阻燃聚醚的合成及其性质
Synthesis and Properties of Flame Retarding Poly (dibromophenylene oxide)
【摘要】 本文描述了用三溴苯酚经氧化偶联缩合制备聚二溴苯醚的方法。讨论了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间对产率及产物结构的影响。聚合物的~1H-NMR、IR谱图及元素分析、含溴量测定,表明产物为聚二溴苯醚。聚二溴苯醚热稳定性高,与多种耐高温塑料相混容性好,是有应用前景的耐高温阻(?)添加剂。
【Abstract】 Flame retarding poly( dibromophenylene oxide) was prepared by oxidative coupling polymerization. The results of 1H-NMR, IR, elemental analysis and TG data were demonstrated and discussed. The effects of reaction temperature and time and K3 Fe(CN)3 concentration on the yield and the structure of the product were discussed.The stability of poly (dibromophenylene oxide) is excellent. The product softens at 220—240℃. The characteristics and applications of this flame retarding polymer are indicated in this paper.
